Colorless or slightly green crystal, relative density 2.498. Stable in the air, soluble in

water, acid and alkali, and insoluble in ethanol.

Application:  

1. Used in catalyst and molybdenum production. It can also be used to supplement molybdenum in fertilizer.
2. Used in petroleum cobalt, molybdenum catalyst, pigment chemical industry and trace chemical fertilizer, there are also a few powder metallurgy enterprises with ammonium heptamolybdate as raw materials. Used for making catalyst, metal molybdenum, pigment, metal surface treatment agent, corrosion inhibitor, trace element fertilizer, etc.
